These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Contact Hippo, operated by Foster Burgess, LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). By creating an account or using Contact Hippo, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Contact Hippo. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to terminate accounts found to be held by users under 18.

Contact Hippo offers a free tier and paid annual subscriptions.
A free tier is available with limited features. We reserve the right to modify, limit, or discontinue free tier features at any time with reasonable notice.
You retain ownership of all data and content you upload to Contact Hippo. By using the service, you grant Foster Burgess, LLC a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and store any content or contact data you add to the service.
All software, design, branding, and functionality of Contact Hippo are owned by Foster Burgess, LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the service.
Contact Hippo is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Foster Burgess, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use Contact Hippo, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion for violation of these Terms or conduct we determine to be harmful to other users or the service.
You may close your account at any time by contacting us at info@contacthippo.com. Upon termination, your right to access the service ends immediately. Refunds, if any, are subject to Section 4.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wake County, North Carolina, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will provide reasonable advance notice of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the service after updated Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance.
